2) Tie your hairs completely, apply the paste with a smooth brush; each stroke should be on upwards direction.
3) Check your skin type, as the face has different skin conditions like some places are more oily compare to the other area (e.g. if your nose area is oily you can apply iena mud pack directly as a setting mask including water & the area which are dry or normal make a non-setting mask that means you can add honey in iena mud pack for such areas.
4) For lips add Honey or Milk in iena mud pack & apply a very thin layer.
5) For eyes you can normally apply Milk or Aloe Vera gel & cover with cotton.

Iena Face pack is found to be best when it comes to control oily skin. You have to use it every day or alternate days; mix it well in water & Apply gently on the face. Keep this pack for 10-15 minutes & rinse it off.

Clean Skin with iena aloe cocu toner. Then apply iena face pack. Keep this pack for 10-15 minutes & rinse it off with a mild massage including water. Repeat daily you achieve the results you desire.

The various recipes of ubtan use different ingredients but some of the most common ingredients are oatmeal, chickpea flour, almonds, turmeric (Ambe Haldi), masoor dal. You can also add saffron & sandalwood powder to the ubtan paste to brighten the complexion. Prepare a paste including milk & all ingredients. Then add 2 spoons of glotac mud pack. Mix both & paste well. Garnish with rose petals.
